About the role
Part time 15 hours per week, Maximum Term Contract for 2026 year
Working within the Ministry team to provide support and engagement with students around building relationships and supporting their spiritual, social and wellbeing growth. Your creativity around chapel and other ministry activities will be highly valued. You will be required to model the Christian faith and actively participate in a range of ministry activities with the College Community.
You must have the following knowledge and skills:
- Ability to incorporate a range of ministry practices and able to work in a Christian education environment founded in the Lutheran expression of faith
- Dynamic writing, speaking and/or musical skills
- Self-reflection and awareness
- Group facilitation skills
- Ability to work with students from Reception to Year 12

You are an active follower of Jesus with a passion for encouraging, supporting and developing young people in life and faith. You are highly relational with excellent communications skills. You can adapt to and perform in a variety of duties as an active, positive team member. You are committed to your own growth in faith and abilities as you seek to serve God and others.
You will have the following mandatory requirements:
- Working with Children Check. WWCC (current)
- Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Certificate. RRHAN-EC (current)
- Relevant tertiary or certificate qualifications
- History of active service in a Christian setting
