For more than 27 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school with a young history and a strong reputation for educating the minds, hearts, and spirits of students in Years 7-12, under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Catering to approximately 750 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories.
The Junior School campus (R-6 years) has commenced construction, and it is anticipated to be open at the start of the 2027 school year.

About the role
Full time (Monday – Friday) 6 Month Contract
The Grounds & Maintenance Manager will manage and participate as part of the Property Team to maintain College property, buildings, facilities, equipment, grounds, gardens and to a high standard of appearance, safety and quality. You will be the key point of contact for external contractors.
This role is to cover extended leave of the current incumbent.
Inherent requirements of this position are to manage the property team and have the ability to undertake bending and heavy lifting of goods, safely handle organic and chemical pesticides and sprays, maintain machinery and equipment, work at heights, and legally operate machinery including motor vehicles. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
We envision a well-rounded individual who has Management experience, as well as being capable, and ideally qualified to perform maintenance tasks of buildings and facilities. Previous experience in a similar position in a school environment will be considered favorably.
