For more than 28 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school with a young history and a strong reputation for educating the minds, hearts, and spirits of students in Years 7-12, under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Currently we are catering to approximately 750 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories.
The Junior School campus (R-6 years) has commenced construction, and it is anticipated to be open at the start of the 2027 school year, catering for approximately 380 students, providing a dedicated environment tailored to younger students, while remaining closely connected to the wider Endeavour College community.

About the role
The time has come to join us as a full time Junior School teacher. With the exciting opportunity to join us in the opening of the new Junior School you will have the opportunity to contribute to the culture of a new school that is part of a well-established Lutheran College.

The successful applicant will have:
- Current SA Teacher Registration
- Hold or be willing and able to obtain and maintain a current clearance of Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Hold or be willing to maintain a current Responding to Risk, Harm and Neglect in an educational setting (RRHAN-EC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation and passion to work with and support young people
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, set, and prioritise work
- Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Christian school.
- Support the Christian ethos, and encourage a spirit of Christian care amongst staff and students (highly desirable)
