For more than 28 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school with a young history and a strong reputation for educating the minds, hearts, and spirits of students in Years 7-12, under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Currently we are catering to approximately 750 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories.
The Junior School campus (R-6 years) has commenced construction, and it is anticipated to be open at the start of the 2027 school year, catering for approximately 380 students, providing a dedicated environment tailored to younger students, while remaining closely connected to the wider Endeavour College community.

Endeavour College is seeking passionate and experienced Specialist Teachers to join our Junior School team in 2027. We have four part-time vacancies.
As a Specialist Teacher, you will play a vital role in enriching the educational experience of our Junior School students, creating engaging learning environments that inspire curiosity, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.
We are seeking Junior School Teachers who have a strong understanding of Primary Student learning and who are committed to providing high-quality learning opportunities that help students build the confidence, character and capability needed to thrive throughout their educational journey.
These positions will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and the wider Junior School team to:
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate specialist programs
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support students to develop confidence, creativity, critical thinking, and independence
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the life and community of Endeavour College
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, set, and prioritise work
- Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their educational journey
- Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Christian school
Mandatory Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with experience teaching one of the specialty areas in a Junior School setting
- Expertise and passion in your specialist area
- Hold and maintain a current clearance to work with children (WWCC)
- Hold a current Responding to Risk, Harm and Neglect in an educational setting (RRHAN-EC)
- Hold a current South Australian Teachers Registration Certificate
