For more than 20 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school, educating young people from Years 7-12 under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. About the role
Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a number of fulltime and part-time teaching positions for the 2025 school year across both Middle and Senior Years in support of the College's continued growth, and LSL. Some roles may have the potential for permanency into the future.
Applicants are invited to apply for teaching opportunities across a variety of learning areas including:
- English (with the ability to teach senior English)
- English & HASS (with a focus on Year 7)
- Christian Living
- Science (with the ability to teach Chemistry)
- Music (with a focus on Middle Years)
- Japanese
There is also an opportunity to be considered for our Middle Years Learning & Enrichment Coordinator position which forms part of our leadership structure.
Applicants are encouraged to clearly state all of the learning areas they are qualified, experienced and willing to teach (including cohorts) within their application, along with their preference for fulltime or part-time opportunities.
These positions have responsibility for the planning, organisation, implementation, and delivery of quality instructional programs within a secondary learning environment, and will also have responsibility for a designated Care Group.
We envision teachers with a proven record in education, a true passion for teaching, committed to excellence in Christian co-education, and have an understanding of Restorative Practices and the principles of Lutheran education to join our team.

- 3 referees (preferably 2 professional including your current employer & 1 pastoral)
The successful applicant will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
- Current SA Teacher Registration
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching for the relevant learning area
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education.
- Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Christian school.
All teaching staff are expected to continually engage in professional learning and development to improve teaching knowledge and practices. All work is to be performed in accordance with Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) professional standards.
