For more than 25 years, Endeavour College in Mawson Lakes has thrived as a co-educational secondary school, educating young people from Years 7-12 under the umbrella of the Lutheran Church in Australia. Catering to approximately 750 students, we offer an education that prepares them for their future years, whilst leaving lasting and treasure worthy memories.
The Junior School campus (R-6 years) has commenced construction, and it is anticipated to be open at the start of the 2027 school year.

About the role
Maximum Term Contract 12 months – Full time for 41 weeks (term weeks + Week 0)
This is a newly created position within the College that will provide Pastoral Administrative support to the Head of Middle School, whilst support the students who utilise the wellbeing space. This position will provide administrative support as part of the administrative team.
We are looking for a well rounded individual with a hear for customer service and who is passionate about supporting students throughout their educational journey, working both independently and part of an administrative team.
You must have the following knowledge and skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage your own workload and time
- Motivated and passionate about supporting students in their educational journey
- Ability and desire to actively support he values and ethos of a Christian College

About you
You are highly organised, have excellent communications skills and have an ability to build strong relationships with a collaborative, customer service-oriented approach.
You will be required to perform variety of duties as an active, positive team member who applies a problem solving and solution outcome, whilst striving for continuous improvement.
You will have the following mandatory requirements:
- Working with Children Check. WWCC (current)
- Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Certificate. RRHAN-EC (current)
- Providing First Aid Certificate
- Relevant tertiary or certificate qualifications
